Keith checks availability and confirms the scope and price with you.

Get confirmed

After approval, you receive a secure deposit payment link. Your appointment is confirmed only after the required deposit is paid and Keith confirms the booking.

Deposits & payment

We review every project before collecting a deposit. You will never be charged simply for submitting a booking request.

Small TV installations

$20 deposit

Typical TV mounting jobs up to 65 inches; also a suggested deposit for curtains, shelves, and furniture assembly.

Large TV installations

$30 deposit

Typical TV mounting jobs from 66 to 85 inches.

Oversized & specialty

$50 / 25%

86-inch and larger TVs: suggested $50 deposit. Specialty jobs: generally 25% of the approved quote.

Deposits are credited toward your final invoice. Final deposit amounts are confirmed in your quote. Secure payment links are sent individually after project approval; there is no live checkout on this website yet.

Booking, deposit & cancellation policy

We understand that plans change. These guidelines help us respect everyone's time while providing reliable service.

Booking & deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied to your final service total. Your booking is not confirmed until Keith approves the job, your deposit is received, and you receive direct confirmation.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • 24 hours or more before your appointment: cancel for a full deposit refund, or reschedule at no charge.
  • Less than 24 hours before your appointment: the deposit is nonrefundable.
  • One complimentary reschedule is available with at least 24 hours' notice; the deposit transfers to your new appointment.
  • No-shows and same-day cancellations: the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit may be required to rebook.

If we need to cancel

If Steady Hands with Keith cancels, you may reschedule or request a full deposit refund.
